Online Proctoring Exam Guidelines

The AiE™ certification examination is administered online through the remote proctoring platform – ExamStrong in the convenience of examinees’ personal spaces – like home or office – after getting their computers and exam room ExamStrong verified. Go through the minimum system requirements before the start of the exam to avoid any unforeseeable issues

Display (Resolution) 1024 x 768 [Recommended]
Network Connection Strongly recommend using a wired network rather than a wireless network as it provides better exam delivery performance.
Internet Connection Speed Minimum 1 Mbps
Web Browser(s) Latest Version of Google Chrome Only
Webcam Internal or an External Webcam must connected to the computer
Firewall(s) Corporate Firewalls (including VPNs) often cause this exam delivery method to fail. Please take your exam in a setting without these firewalls.
Admin Rights Should have admin rights on your laptop/computer if you are taking the exam from your office premises.

Examinee ID Requirements

All examinees are required to carry two valid forms of ID from the list below. Please note that both IDs can either be primary IDs or one primary and one secondary ID.

Primary ID:

The primary ID must be an original and valid ID, containing both, the examinee’s photo, and signature.

  • Government-issued driver's license
  • Passport
  • Military ID
  • State/Country ID card
  • Employee/School ID

Secondary ID:

The secondary ID must be an original and valid ID, containing the examinee’s name and signature, or the examinee’s name and a recent photo.

Launching The Exam and Check-In Process

In most cases, the launch and check-in process will take approximately 10 minutes but may take longer depending on your computer configuration.

  • Click on the ‘Appear For Exam’ button to launch your exam by logging into the myARTiBA dashboard.
  • For authentication, enter your ID number and proceed to the next step once the validation is complete. The ID number should be one of the two IDs you submitted while registering.
  • You can take the mock exam 24 hours before the main exam to verify the system configuration, if already taken proceed to the main exam.
  • Complete the ID verification process.
  • Read and accept the terms.
  • You can begin your exam.
Please note:
  • Make sure all windows/ tabs and applications are signed out. Notification pop-ups during the exam can terminate your exam.
  • Be on time for your exam; a delay of more than 30 minutes will result in the expiration of your session
  • Ensure that your camera is working properly and you are visible at all times on the screen.
  • Make sure your internet has high-speed throughout the exam.
